Tuna dip with Little Tuna

Easy and delicious Tuna dip with Little Tuna.

Ingredients

200g Little Tuna in Olive Oil
1 teaspoon of Lemon Zest
1/3 Cup of Mayonnaise
1/4 Cup of Fresh Parsley Leaves
1 Spring Onion
Sea salt & Pepper

Method

Drain Tuna of excess oil. Zest the lemon, chop parsley and spring onion. Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until it's smooth. Add salt and pepper and serve in a bowl together with your favourite crackers.
