Ingredients
200g mushrooms, sliced
Norco cheese slices
1/3 cup Basil Pesto
1/3 cup pesto
Bread of your choice
Salt and pepper
Olive oil
Method
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Heat a frypan on medium and add a little olive oil. Season mushrooms well and saute in the pan until starting to colour. You will need to turn them over to do both sides. Remove mushrooms, spread bread with pesto and arrange mushroom slices evenly between the pieces of bread. Top with sliced
cheese. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
