1/2 Cup of Chicken Stock
1/2 teaspoon of Chilli Powder
Salt & Pepper
Place pork shoulder in your slow cooker and season with salt & pepper. Combine the BBQ Sauce, chicken stock and chilli powder and mix in a bowl. Pour over the pork.
Replace lid and cook on LOW for 7 hours (or HIGH for 4 hours), or until pork is very tender.
Remove pork from slow cooker, remove skin and excess fat and shred the pork using two forks. Return pork to the sauce mixture and serve on buns with a slaw of shredded carrot, coriander and lettuce, smashed avo and a drizzle of lime juice.
Add salt and pepper to your preference.
