Little Tuna Cheese Ball Recipe

There's nothing fancy about a tuna ball, but it tastes great at parties and other get-togethers.

Ingredients

1 jar Little Tuna Lemon and Pepper (or chilli)
250g cream cheese
1/2 onion diced
3/4 cup pecans
Small handful of parsley
Sprinkle of chilli (optional)

Method

Roughly blend the parsley and pecans in a food processor.  Combine the tuna, cream cheese, diced onion and half the pecan and parsley mix until its well combined and soft. Season with chilli if required.  Roll into a ball. Coat with the other half of the pecan and parsley mixture. Cover in glad wrap and refrigerate until firm.
