Garlic Bok Choy

A simple side dish that packs a punch? 

Ingredients

5 cloves garlic (minced)
2 large shallots (minced)
800g baby bok choy
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp chilli flakes (optional)

Method

Add oil to a large wok or a large frypan over a medium-high heat. Add garlic and shallots, stirring for 1-2 mins until fragrant. Then add in the bok choy, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Cook for 1-2 mins, toss to coat and then cover until cooked. Sprinkle with chilli flakes and serve.
