Crispy Carrot Chips

A great side dish or even a snack.

Ingredients

1 x 250g packet snacking carrots, cut thinly lengthways.
Paprika, sprinkled
Sea Salt, sprinkled
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, drizzled
Guacamole


Method

Preheat oven to 180 degrees and prepare a baking tray. Place carrots in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil, tossing to coat. Lay carrots out on a baking tray and sprinkle with paprika and salt. Bake for 30 minutes or until crispy, flipping half way. Serve alongside guacamole.
