Parmesan, Garlic, Green Bean & Capsicum Salad

This fast and fabulous bean and capsicum salad will be a crowd pleaser.


400g green beans tailed
50g parmesan
1 clove garlic, peeled and sliced
3 baby capsicums, sliced thinly
Olive OIl
Salt & Pepper


Warm olive oil in a shallow fry pan. Add beans and saute for 3 to 5 minutes, splashing a little water until starting to soften.A
Add garlic and baby capsicums, a sprinkle of salt and saute for a further 3 to 5 minutes until all vegetables are tender.Remove from pan and sprinkle over parmesan and season with cracked pepper.
