The Ultimate Chef Lasagne


The best lasagna is here! A big warm comforting hug within layers of rich meat sauce, Scenic Rim veggies, pasta, tomato sauce, white sauce and melted cheese! 

Chef Olivier Boudon, of Scenic Rim Food Co, creates weekly meals for Farm Box customers. Olivier is French-born and trained and is the executive chef at The Overflow Estate Vineyard and The Bowl Boonah. He uses local Scenic Rim ingredients to create restaurant-quality hearty homestyle meals.

Ingredients -

The Butcher Co Pork & beef mince, local onion, Kalfresh carrot, italian herbs, cinnamon, nutmeg, white pepper, The Overflow Estate 1895 red wine, beef stock, tomatoes, tomato paste, brown sugar, sea salt, lasagna sheet, sherry vinegar, butter, flour, Scenic Rim milk, cheese.

Serves x 2 (800g)

Can be frozen for up to 6 months.

Microwave - Remove the portion from the vacuum sealed bag & cover on a microwave safe plate. Heat for approx. 3 minutes or until warmed through.

Stove Top - Plunge the vacuum sealed bag into the boiling water for 5 to 6 minutes or until heated through. Open the pouch & serve on plate. Bon Appetit.
