A softer, milder sauerkraut, pink from the use of the red jewel cabbage, this bright condiment compliments fresh salads, egg dishes &will add some fun to a cheese platter.
Sauerkraut with Juniper Berry
A traditional European condiment made from organic cabbage, juniper berry and Australian sea salt. Great to lightening heavy meals. The Cottage Collective Sauerkraut will add a delicious contrast to meat, egg and cheese dishes.
