All fermented foods by the Cottage Collective are made locally by hand, fermented in ceramic crocks or oak barrels & are unpasteurised, keeping intact the lactic-acid-producing bacteria that can aid in digestion. Including fermented & sprouted foods in your daily consumption can also increase nutrient uptake from foods, boost the immune system & add new flavours to your life! 

A traditional Miso paste made using organic soybeans, sprouted organic brown rice koji, Australian sea salt and filtered rainwater. The ling fermentation in traditional oak barrels imbues a light and smooth nutty flavour.
