Ingredients (Gluten Free)
Australian lamb shoulder (94%), dijon mustard, sea salt, fresh garlic, freshly ground black pepper, paprika, thyme, tumeric
May contain traces of sesame and peanuts.
Microwave or Stove Top (Microwave for best results)
Ensure the sealed bag flap is open before heating
1) Microwave: Place on plate. Poke 2 holes in top. Microwave on High for 2min. Careful HOT. Rest for 1min.
2) Stove Top: Submerge in large pan of water and bring to boil. Reduce heat to simmer for 2min. Careful HOT. Use tongs to transfer to a plate.
With pouch flat on plate, cut pouch seal off with scissors. Hold base of pouch and gently pull to slide product onto plate or into bowl. Serve and Enjoy!
Products may be removed from the pouch and reheated, although as they are already cooked, only a gentle heat to a minimum of 60oC is needed. When preparing products removed from the pouch, moisture will be lost and affect product quality and consistency. To minimise this, add small amounts of water while reheating.
