    Finger limes

    I have only been introduced to finger limes through Scenic Rim and it was love at first bite. I love the fresh best but the preserved I am using in salads, soups, stews and in my vodka. They are great in pasta dishes too if you like a little oomph. I call the fresh finger limes 'nature's popping candy'. There is nothing that comes close to the explosion of flavour of finger limes. I love them.
