Good things come to those who wait and in just a few weeks we’ll be able to deliver to you this flavour-packed dry-aged beef, raised on Warrill Creek pasture.
Butcher Kane Lutter, and his team, are dry ageing the sirloin right now. Dry ageing enhances the flavours and the tenderness of the meat. It’s stored in a cold room, set at just the right humidity. Salt assists the aging process, closely monitored by the team to ensure the conditions are perfect.

HOW IT WILL WORK.
Availability is limited, so we recommend you pre-order to avoid disappointment.
1. Order & pay for your dry-aged sirloin this week.
2. Your dry-aged beef will be delivered to you the week of July 16 to 18, together with the rest of your weekly order.  Don’t worry we’ll send you a reminder before then so you can order some other delicious farm-fresh goodies to serve with your beef.
