Caramelised Onion Relish -

One of our best sellers, this versatile relish compliments an array of dishes and cuisines. Hand prepared onions caramelised in brown sugar with hints of rosemary and ginger, and pops of mustard.

Perfect with barbecued meats, as an accompaniment to cheeses, or on your favourite sandwich or burger.

Smoky Tomato & Chilli Relish - 

One of our bestsellers and one for those who like things spicy. We use a combination of bird's eye and cayenne chillies to make it hot but not overpoweringly so.

You can use it as a smoky, spicy alternative to tomato sauce - think burgers, hot dogs, sausage sizzles, and your breakfast proteins. Or try it in dressings, marinades, and dips.

Tomato Relish - 

Tangy and a little bit sweet with mustard and curry spices this relish is a classic and great for adding to your favourite sandwiches and cold cuts or serving alongside your breakfast proteins.

Also try it mixed through cream cheese as a quick and tasty dip for some crudites or crackers. Or, for a healthier alternative, sub the cream cheese for cottage cheese. Yum!

Beetroot & Apple Chutney - 

Vibrant and versatile, this chutney makes for a visually stunning and delectable addition to cheese and charcuterie boards, deli rolls and wraps, or as a condiment served with red and game meats. This chutney works with a variety of cheeses - feta, chevre, blue cheese, ricotta, Parmesan, and our favourite, smoked cheddar. A lower sugar option too, with most of the sweetness derived from the fruit (apples and orange juice) used.
