The Butcher Co. Double Smoked Leg Ham is handcrafted using fresh local Neuendorf Farming pork.  Already a best seller every week in the farm box, it's THE ham to have for Christmas this year.

Each ham is individually prepared & cured by Kane's team of Butchers in a three-step process that takes 12-14 hours per ham.

The ham cure used is a recipe that was given to Kane from a family friend and mentor. 

Since 2012 the recipe had been developed to make what we think it is the best ham there is!
