The pastry was gloriously flaky and yet buttery. The goats cheese, leek, sun-dried tomato filling was beautifully balanced and just so scrumptious. We shared one generously sized quiche between us for lunch with some steamed beans and beetroot; and there's another one to enjoy tomorrow. Delightful :))))))
