Five To Five - Sunset Gin

Our latest kid on the block, the Sunset gin was inspired by the amazing western sunset views from the mountain taking in the Great Dividing Range and beyond. The incredible sunset hues stirred our passion to create a coloured gin that encapsulated a late afternoon on the escarpment. Featuring organic green tea, bright citrus fruits, hibiscus flowers and finished with a tiny dash of local wild honey adding a complex third dimension to the spirit.
