Recipe Idea: For the perfect caramelised pumpkin salad - Drizzle diced pumpkin with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, seasoning and balsamic vinegar, stir through and place into the oven and roast until soft. Add to fresh baby spinach leaves, feta and macadamias. Drizzle with extra balsamic vinegar.
