    The Best Silverside

    Great quality and flavour Descent sized with lovely cold meat for the next day

    I have butchers in my neighbourhood but rather wait for my Farm Box delivery for this.

    Pastrami magic

    I had never cooked silverside before and was curious. Did a slow cooker pastrami and it was magnificent. The silverside was super fresh and a good size. Highly recommend

    Corned Meat What Corned Meat

    Did coned meat for Sunday Dinner last week, was hoping to get some leftovers for lunch at work on Monday, yeah, nah. Everyone had seconds. The meat was divine.
