    Always newly picked and never slimy

    I am a regular purchaser of these mushrooms for the above reasons if for some reason you forget about them and keep them in the fridge for two weeks, they're still as fresh as if you bought them in Coles that day that always so fresh and slimy… I do wish, however, that they would perhaps consider growing some other exotic mushrooms for sale.

    That said, I am grateful we can buy these
