    If you like aged cheese, try this!

    I was on the hunt for some aged Gouda but when I could find any I tried this cheese. It was fantastic. A mix of the strong flavours of an aged cheese with the brittle creaminess of a cheddar. Indulgently wrapped in a black wax coating. I will be back for more.
