Turmeric Powder

Black Lime Powder
Dried lime is also known as Loomi and Persian Lime Powder. Tamborine Australian Sown, Grown and Packed. Dried limes are dark brown in colour and have the most wonderful citrus-like fermented flavour, which compliments fish and chicken dishes. This powder is very easy to use and adds an authentic taste to Middle Eastern dishes.

Curry Leaf Powder
Curry leaves are the foliage of the curry tree (Murraya koenigii). A tree native to India (Tamborine QLD grown) and its leaves are used for both medicinal and culinary applications. They’re highly aromatic and have a unique flavour with notes of citrus. Curry leaves are not the same as curry powder, though they’re often added to this popular spice mixture and popularly used in cooking to add flavour to dishes, such as curries, rice dishes, and dals.

Lemongrass Powder
Lemongrass powder is a seasoning produced from dried out fragrant lemongrass. A versatile ingredient that can enhance the flavour of many dishes. Lemongrass powder captures the essence of fresh lemongrass, including its citrusy, herbaceous notes and subtle earthiness.

Cherry Tomato Powder
Organically grown (almost wild) cherry tomatoes, dried and packed into a convenient powder. Taste the intensity and sweetness of tomato. Use this powder alone as a rub are as an alternative to tomato paste or an addition for that extra tomato punch of flavour.  Great to make homemade tomato sauce, tomato soup, tomato juice, pizza sauce or tomato paste.

Balanced blend of curry leaves, turmeric and black Lime powders.
Blend of spices for mild curry, excellent rub for roasted meats and also use as alternative to curry powder.
