Tomato Relish ( with a hint of chilli )
Tomato Relish made the old fashioned way. Serve this on hamburgers, sausages, steak, with pastries and omelettes. Great with poached eggs and mushrooms or cold meats. Also delicious added to gravy and served with a roast. We use beautiful, locally grown ripe tomatoes, onions and the best quality wine vinegar with a touch of spice and raw sugar. Enjoy!
