For the last 20 years as a husband and wife team Juliet and Barry have had a passion for creating Bakery goods that were around in your youth, hoping to bring back some special memories for their customers. When they moved to the Scenic Rim they saw an opportunity to open a Bakery in a small town called Harrisville. During this time they have had many requests to open a second shop in Kalbar, that’s when Kalbar Country Bakehouse was established.

We hope you enjoy the fruits of their labour, knowing their ingredients are locally sourced and made with love by locals.

    Huge and Delicious!

    When you’re used to buying a Coles or Woolies quiche to feed ‘6’ people, and then you try this beauty, it’s going to have to be a case of planning better so I can always have one of these tasty babies in the freezer ready to go! Really tasty, great pastry, lots of ham, and high set eggy loveliness! A new favourite along with the pies from the Scenic Rim farm box! Thanks team! 👏💕🤩

    Great family size

    It was very nice and the size was great, thought the first one we ordered was burnt on the bottom and we had to cut off the base. Have just ordered another and it looks perfect!
