Have you tried Lindsay's Beef, Tomato & Onions Pies yet?
When we added them to our farm shop we had no idea how popular they would be.
They're a lunchtime staple here in Kalbar and seems you love them too.
Lindsay from Lovett @ Kalbar make these pies fresh to order for Scenic Rim Farm Box.
Each hearty pie is filled with steak and mince from The Butcher Co. Boonah & Kalbar; a slice of onion from Kalfresh Vegetables; and a slice of tomato from Peak Veggie Patch.
Lindsay and her team baste the pies with egg wash, more tomato and fresh pepper.
Lindsay has been the friendly face at this Kalbar cafe for many years and it's not just her pies which have been flying into farm boxes. Her Anzac Slice is proving very popular too!
